The variety of cooling solutions produced by Arctic Cooling has been updated with a new CPU cooler of tower design called Freezer 13 Pro. The novelty is said to deliver tremendous cooling performance for professional solutions which is mainly the result of a Cross-Blow technology.
This technology allows to blow out the heat generated by CPU and power components located around it. The dimensions of Freezer 13 Pro 134 x 96 x 159 mm while is weights less that a kilo, 902 grams to be exact. The cooling core includes a heatsink with 47 aluminum fins of 0.5 mm thickness and four U-shaped heatpipes of 8 mm diameter.
In addition, the cooler comes with two PWM fans that uses hydrodynamic bearings. 120 fans has a speed range of 300-1350 RPM while the second 50mm one, located at the bottom of the cooler, can spin from 700 to 2700 RPM thus providing a total airflow of 49.7 CFM / 96.8 m³/h. In addition, the base of the cooler has a pre-applied thermal MX-4 thermal compound. The list of supporting Sockets feature Intel LGA 775/1155/1156/1366 and AMD Socket 754/939/AM2(+)/AM3. Freezer 13 Pro. The cooler has a six year warranty and is recommended for a price of $54.90/39.90 Euro.
