ASRock launches High-end motherboard to support Bulldozer processors

As the name suggests, the novelty is built on AMD 990FX chipset. Extreme CPU stability is supported via 16+2 phase power design, while Socket AM3+ can handle CPU with TDP up-to 140W. The board has four DIMMs for dual channel memory of max 2000+ Mhz specs, six SATA3 ports for storage drive connectivity and three PCI-Express x16 slots for discrete graphics card installation with supported CrossFireX and SLI technologies. Other than that, there are two Gigabit Ethernet adapters, two eSATA sata ports, integrated 7.1-channle audio codec, single FireWire port, two USB 3.0 and two PS/2 connectors. In addition, the novelty comes with four more USB 3.0 ports, LED system indicator as well as on-board Power, Reset and Clear CMOS buttons. Fatal1ty 990FX Professional also features XFast LAN and XFast USB technologies. The first is said to help users to manage their priorities of internet applications while the second is promised to increase data transfer speed rates via USB ports.
