This Club 3D Radeon™ HD 6970 and HD6950 graphic cards are based upon Radeon™ HD 6970/ HD6950 technology. With 2 GB GDDR5 memory coupled with 256-bit memory interface the cards provide outstanding gaming performance. To make it even grater, just use AMD latest technologies, like AMD Eyefinity multi-display technology supported by both cards thanks to dual min Display ports located on the back of cards.
Club 3D Radeon HD 6970 runs at stock clocks 880Mhz / 5500Mhz (GPU clock / Memory clock) while it is 800Mhz / 5000Mhz (GPU clock / Memory clock) for Club 3D Radeon HD 6950. The number of Stream processors differs too, 1536 and 1408 respectively. Both cards has support for PCI Express 2.1 and features two CrossFireX headers, for dual-, triple — or quad-Crossfire setups. Of course, cards require additional power, so HD 6970 has one 8-pin and one 6-pin power connectors which results it max TDP of 250W.Therefore, a minimum of 550 Watt power supply is recommended. As for HD 6950, it requires two 6-pin supplementary power connectors, thus its TDP can be greater than 225W, and its is not. It is 200 watts. MSRP for HD 6900 series graphics cards, including Cub 3D variants, are $299 for HD 6950 and $369 for HD 6970 graphic accelerators.
