Together with a short photo session a lucky graphic card owner did not mind sharing benchmark results of the novelty.

Summing up, first results indicate AMD Radeon HD 6970 performance level being close to the one of GeForce GTX 480 / GeForce GTX 570.
It seems that AMD has missed a time advantage they had to develop new graphics cards of high-performance. But do not forget that there will be a new AMD flagship graphics card released right after New Year celebrations — Radeon HD 6990.

not impresive , probably bad drivers , i get 42 average frames in heaven and 1065 scores with 20%
overclocked HD6870 , and 5130 score in 3dmark 11 . maybe with new 10.12 drivers will be better
