Hack Google Chrome and get $20K

Google has announced the start of a contest for hacker community. First to overcome Google Chrome security system will get $20.000. The trials will be held on behalf of Pwn2Own competition which is an annual event of CanSecWest conference.

According to the rules, this contest will last two or three days. The lucky one to hack Chromes security system during the first day gets $20K and CR-48 notebook. If not, then prize is reduced to $10K for second and third days. The contest begins on 9th of March in Vancouver.

This year the total prize money account to $105.000. Competitor will show their best at hacking different browsers, including Chrome, as well as Firefox, Safari и Internet Explorer. In addition, the competition will feature several models of smartphones that will get attempts of hacking. A successful one will receive the smartphone its self and $15K money prize.
