No “Ti” suffix GeForce GTX 560 can debut in mid May(Updated)

Media sources inform the novelty to hit the market next month on 17th of May.

Last month we wrote about NVIDIA’s intentions to present another GeForce GTX 560 model with no “Ti” in its name. Now media sources inform that the novelty can hit the market next month on 17th of May.

No additional information is available at the moment. However, as it was said earlier, this DX11 card is based on 40nm GF114 GPU with 336 Cuda cores, 56 TMUs and 32 ROPs. Besides that, the card comes with 1GB of GDDR5 connected via 256-bit interface.

Take with a grain of salt, since it is hard to predict NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 performance correctly, however, we assume it should be lower than the on of GeForce GTX 560 Ti which can be purchased for 180-200 Euro depending on version.
