First lucky owners of Nvidia’s dual-GPU flagship compared it to HD 6990 and made GPU-Z screenshot
Finally, we get to see the full picture of GeForce GTX 590, moreover, in comparison with its main rival — Radeon HD 6990, both of reference design:
The “Green”card is more compact in size its “Red” competitor. Besides that, same Internet source leaked a GPU-Z v0.5.2 screenshot of the long anticipated card:
As you see, the default clocks are 613/1225/3420 MHz for GPU/Shader/Memory, each GPU (GF110) located on a single PCB handles 512 CUDA core, 384-bit memory bus and 1.5 GB of GDDR5.
Price wise, the card has been spotted at 799$ in USA/Canada and 799 Euro for European countries. The launch date is set to 24th, however, NVIDIA wants you to be exited about that date even more as it launched a short teaser video for the upcoming product:
Whether Top Piterson was talking about GeForce GTX 590 or will we see a different product, we’ll know in less than 48 hours.
