Sneak peak at Deepcool Assassin twin-tower cooler

Here is some details on a new Deepcool Assassin processor cooler before its officially announced. Assassin features twin-tower heatsink design supporting installation of up to three fans thus providing huge cooling performance.

The heatsink with a strange wavy look has eight 6mm heatpipes passing through it joining at the bottom with a nickel-plated base plate. The cooler comes with two fans by default: one 120mm intake fan and one 140mm fan in the middle that passes cold air further to the second tower. If that is not enough, you can always ad third fan for hot air exhaust.

All fans are installed via silicon mounts to reduce noise and vibration. Deepcool Assassin cooler is compatible with major Intel and AMD platforms: Socket LGA775, 1155, 1156, 1366 and Socket AM2, AM3. Price and launch date are not specified.
