Well-know German company Watercool came up with its decision of GeForce GTX 580 fullcover waterblock — Watercool HEAT KILLER GPU-X3 GTX 580. The block is made of high grade copper, features flat design, GPU-micro structure and flexible barb/fitting connection system to ensure high cooling performance and ease of installation.
Beside GPU, Watercool HEAT KILLER GPU-X3 GTX 580 covers RAM chips and voltage converter ICs thus providing low temperatures for major parts of graphics card. The mounting threads of the base have insulating spacers installed.
To keep the flow resistance and the overall weight down, block’s inner structure faces wide channels. There are threads on both side of connection terminal, which helps in more efficient tube routing inside your case. For SLI systems Watercool also offers optimized Dual / Triple adapters. The blocks comes with pre-cut thermal pads and all necessary mounting hardware. It is already available for purchase at MSRP of 89.95 EUR.
