Zotac readies EATX motherboard

ZOTAC is famous for its graphics cards and Mini-ITX motherboards. But this time the company decided to go big-size motherboard with huge addiction to overclocking — Crown Edition-ZT-Z68 U1DU3.
The upcoming product is said to be made to EATX form-factor based on Intel Z68 chipset in order to please overclockers and hardware enthusiasts. To make sure it does, the product is equipped with 26-phase power design for stable CPU and memory operation way above its default specs. Four PCI Express x16 slots and NVIDIA NF200 bridge ensure the product to support Quad-SLI setups. For ease of overlooking Zotac Crown Edition-ZT-Z68 U1DU3 includes direct voltage measurement contact pads, on-board Power/Reset/Clear CMOS buttons as well as Triple BIOS system.
Built-in Wi-Fi modules were inherited from company’s Mini-ITX products. A single mSATA port presented on the board is dedicated for SSD operating on behalf of Intel Smart Response technology. The I/O panel features one eSATA port for external drive connection Internal drives are connected via eight Serial ATA ports. Overall number of USB ports is sixteen: ten of USB2.0 and 6 of USB3.0 standard.
